 Physical Fitness Test (PFT):

 It consists of a 1.6 km run to be completed within 1.6 minutes and 30 seconds.  Candidates must also complete 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups and 20 squats within the stipulated time to qualify in the physical fitness test.

 Note: Candidates are advised to bring their sports shoes and shorts / track pants.

 The medical examination will be conducted by the Air Force medical team in accordance with IAF medical standards and policy concerning policy.  The medical examination will also include baseline examination: -
